Hello my Friends :-)

Many of you, including myself tend to get busy and not take care of ourselves the way we know we should.  We eat all the wrong foods and do not get enough exercise or sleep so I thought I’d pass along just a few simple suggestions for you to try out and let you see and feel the difference in how you feel…..should you decide to give it a try.

Cut back the sugar and even totally eliminate if you can.  Sugar is so toxic to our bodies.  Just google “sugar is toxic” and you’ll gets tons of sites to review.

Just a few Sugar facts…Sugar suppresses the immune system by causing the pancreas to secrete abnormally huge amounts of insulin…the insulin stays in the blood stream and suppresses the release of our growth hormone.  Sugar is the chief culprit in many diseases and degenerative conditions.  Sugar is the major factor in diabetes and cause of candidiasis.  Now that is just a few ways that sugar harms us.

Add more fresh fruit, vegetables and nuts to your diet.  Push the chocolate cake away and grab a banana or apple.

Cut back or eliminate caffeine intake.

Make sure you are properly mineralized…increase your Vitamin D3 intake.

Do some form of exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes daily….walking is fantastic and exhilarating.

Watch less TV.  The media is loaded with so much negativity…the political opinions, who is doing this, that, who is right, wrong…how bad the economy supposedly is..violence against others…violent movies.  Stay away as much as possible.  Give up the just the news for one week and you will definitely feel a difference.  But hey, even I enjoy a good comedy movie or show occasionally.  Laughter is excellent healing “medicine”.  Laughter releases good feeling chemicals in your body…helps the stress melt away.

Several times a day take a few minutes to take a few deep breaths & relax. Deep Breathing is an excellent healing modality. It will relieve some stress/tension, clear your mind and help you get centered.

Get a good nights sleep.  You know how much sleep you need.  Stop the late nights.  My mother always told me the earlier you went to bed before midnight, the better sleep you would get and the better you would feel the next day.  She was right.  One to two hours before going to bed you should do something relaxing to settle your brain down.

I hope you find these simple, easy suggestions helpful.  I enjoy being able to share them with you.

Find Joy in all you do…

Sincere Blessings,
