Blood Clots causing Stroke is one of the leading causes of death. Be aware of the warning signs and learn how to prevent strokes.

Sometimes a simple fall or stumble can be a stroke and can go innocently undetected.   Here are some warning signs.

1. Severe headache with no known cause.
2. Dizziness, trouble walking, and loss of balance or coordination.
3. Loss of vision in one or both eyes.
4. Confusion or trouble understanding or speaking.
5. Weakness or numbness of the face, arm or leg-especially on one side of the body.

Here is an easy way to recognize a Stroke.

READ, LEARN & REMEMBER the ” 3 ” Steps….

Sometimes symptoms of a stroke are difficult to identify.  Unfortunately, the lack of awareness can spell disaster.  The stroke victim may suffer severe brain damage when people nearby fail to recognize the symptoms of a stroke.

Now doctors say a bystander can recognize a stroke by asking three simple questions:

S * Ask the individual to SMILE.

T * Ask the individual to TALK and SPEAK a SIMPLE SENTENCE (coherently)

(i.e. It is sunny out  today.)

R *Ask the individual to RAISE BOTH ARMS.

If he or she has trouble with any one of these tasks, call for emergency assistance immediately and describe the symptoms to the dispatcher.

Tell the individual to stick out their tongue….if their tongue is “crooked, if it goes to one side or the other, that is also an indication of a stroke.  Seek Medical Attention Immediately !

HANDBOOK 2010

Health:

1.       Drink plenty of water.

2.       Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.

3.       Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is   manufactered in plants..

4.       Live with the 3 E ‘ s — Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy

5.       Make time to pray.

6.       Play more games.

7.       Read more books than you did in 2009.

8.       Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.

9.       Sleep for 7 hours.

10.    Take a 10-30 minute walk daily. And while you walk, smile.

Personality:

11.    Don’t compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.

12.    Don’t have negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.

13.    Don’t over do it. Keep your limits.

14.    Don’t take yourself so seriously. No one else does.

15.    Don’t waste your precious energy on gossip.

16.    Dream more while you are awake.

17.    Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need..

18.    Forget issues of the past. Don’t remind your partner with His/her mistakes of the past. That will ruin your present happiness.

19.    Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Don’t hate others.

23.    Smile and laugh more.

24.    You don’t have to win every argument. Agree to disagree…

Society:

25.    Call your family often.

26.    Each day give something good to others.

27.    Forgive everyone for everything..

28.   Spend time w/ people over the age of 70 & under the age of  6.

29.   Try to make at least three people smile each day.

30.    What other people think of you is none of your business.

31.    Your job won’t take care of you when you are sick. Your friends will. Stay in touch.

Life:

32.    Do the right thing!

33.    Get rid of anything that isn’t useful, beautiful or joyful.

34.    GOD heals everything.

35.    However good or bad a situation is, it will change..

36.    No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.

37.    The best is yet to come..

38.    When you awake alive in the morning, thank GOD for it.

39.    Your Inner most is always happy. So, be happy.

Hello to all.  I trust you are all enjoying your weekend !

Here is a an excellent call that I just had to share with you.  There is continuous controversy regarding natural alternative vs chemical drugs.

Are you or someone you know confused about who to listen to…who to believe regarding Natural Healing vs Chemical Medication?

This past week, one of my friends and WWC business partner posted some helpful information on a social network site.  Well she was verbally attacked by a “scientist” who wanted to discredit her…company….products…and stated “no clinical studies”.

As I do believe that Traditional Western Medical Practice with chemical medication does have it’s place in the world sometimes, I truly believe Natural Healing can be most effective, safest and best way for a person to approach a health issue.

Happy New Year everyone ! 

 While everyone is setting their new goals for 2010 to be more prosperous & successful in their business I would like to remind everyone and to ask you to set one more goal….to become a better person.  I know you already are a good person but sometimes we just need reminders occassionally to realize it is not just about the money and success.  The most important thing we need to do every day is to be good to ourselves, enjoy life and be good to others.

Here is a small portion of a newsletter I receive that is always full of wonderful inspirational & informative info.

You’ve already set some significant goals for 2010. (You have, haven’t you?) And today, I’m going to ask you to set one more: to become a better person.

You are going to do that by making a commitment to…

• pay less attention to yourself and more attention to other people

• focus on opportunities, not problems

• listen first, talk later

• criticize only when your criticism is helpful

• never speak badly about anyone

• never complain about anything

• perform an act of kindness every day

The Right Mindset Makes It Easy To Make Blogs Work For Your Business

Blogging is taking off like a wildfire. People are blogging about just about anything you can think of.                            From the daily routine of their cat, to technology reviews, to politics.

Until the blogosphere sorts itself out and matures a bit more, it may be difficult to
tell exactly how this new frontier of instant publishing can help you and your
